MouseTyme Terms and Conditions
The price of the ticket services will be as quoted on the website from time to time, except in case of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time. MouseTyme.com expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty. MouseTyme.com is under no obligation to provide ticket services to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you have been sent confirmation of your booking.
Changes or Cancellations
You can email us at [email protected] to cancel your booking or make changes or by calling customer service at 1-800-641-4008. Here is our current cancellation policy:
Guests that want to make changes based upon availability and if outside of the cancellation phase to their reservation will have to pay a $15 change fee before MouseTyme.com can submit the changes to the ticket supplier.
MouseTyme.com will not be liable for any cost incurred due to relocation. If you do not show for the first night of your theme park reservation but plan to go for subsequent nights in the reservation, you must confirm the reservation with MouseTyme.com no later than the original date of going to the theme park to prevent cancellation of the tickets. If you do not confirm the ticket changes with MouseTyme.com, the whole ticket booking may be canceled and no refunds will be due to you. These terms and conditions may not be changed by any unauthorized person, including employees of MouseTyme.com.
